Yes, I strive to dig deep into the construction of reality and how our minds and experiences are woven into design. Most people have never been shown that what we call “information” is not passive, but carries an electrical component that interacts directly with the nervous system. Every thought, every perception, every decision is influenced by how the system receives and processes these signals. The brain is constantly converting incoming data into patterns of electrical activity, and these patterns shape what it notices, what it ignores, and ultimately the decisions it makes. What we often interpret as intuition, stress, clarity, or confusion is deeply connected to this processing capacity. And while it (cognitive sovereignty) may be considered unimportant or simply insignificant to some, it constantly affects our struggles and the flow of our lives. It’s quite remarkable when you consider that much of the difficulty we experience stems from our lack of understanding of how information is actually processed.
Cognitive sovereignty is about recognizing that you are not simply responding to life, but to how the system transforms information into meaning. There is a depth of information available: cosmological, environmental, and experiential that most people never have access to, not because it is inaccessible, but because it is beyond what the nervous system is ready to process. As your awareness of the electrical and interpretive process deepens, so does your ability to perceive more, respond differently, and engage with life more and more accurately. This is where choice becomes more intentional, decision-making less reactive, and where you begin to access finer layers of information that can fundamentally change the real experience.
