Mindfulness is not only a path to personal healing, but a way to help others discover peace, clarity, and resilience in their own lives. This week, I am delighted to share an important milestone that reflects this mission: our new partnership with the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Through this partnership, we provide mindfulness training and resources to veterans, active duty service members and the communities that support them. By offering practices that develop presence, compassion, and inner peace, we hope to honor their service while helping them navigate challenges with greater awareness, care, and well-being.
