Hi Everyone
Today the angels are talking about how much there is to enjoy in the ways that can distract us from this perspective and how to get back. I’m sharing my latest inspirations and ways to get back to joy…still in this wild and unusual energy
Have a blessed and nice week 🙂

A message from the angels
Dear friends, we love you very much,
If you could see life through the eyes of your soul, you would live with such admiration and awe that even the smallest things would inspire you without words. A blade of grass, a drop of dew, the gentle hum of your child while playing, or the water flowing from the tap… all these things are so small that they are often not noticed, yet they are full of wonder.
That tiny blade of grass it takes energy from your star, transforms it into life force, and uses it to flourish and grow. It provides shelter for the insects that feed your birds, which help the seeds. It holds the ground together and provides a soft mat for your feet. The humble blade of grass is a factory, strength and food.
Dewdrop– water held together by surface tension and gravity – reflects the world around it and nourishes nearby life.
And about what the hum of a child playing? Their wonderful minds are busy, and without thinking they start humming, expressing their joy as the air vibrates their vocal cords, the tiny biological “strings” used to convey human thoughts and emotions.
Consider the water flows in its pipes. It comes from rivers, fed by streams, creeks and rain, and travels through countless canals and systems, sometimes thousands of miles and millennia, just so it can wash your vegetables, clean your hands or quench your thirst.
There are so many things to appreciate in every moment. Yet what often catches your attention is not the wonderful, but the mundane. You have errands to run, emails to read, finances to figure out, your home to maintain, and many other things to manage.
Besides, you are swimming in a sea of human consciousness where countless people are clamoring for your attention. Some are spoken. Many don’t. Some are implicit. Others are simply felt as energy—a sigh from someone seeking sympathy, a roll of the eyes from someone hoping to understand your impatience, or the tug you feel from a loved one quietly willing to return your call.
These external influences seem to drain your joy and energy. But uultimately you decide how you live life.
You can align with your soul or not. You can feel energized through the lens of love, or exhausted through the lens of lack.
If you see with the eyes of your soul, you will always find something to love in any given moment. Your soul carries a vision of a life in which dreams come true. It leads you on the path of greatest joy. It inspires you with thoughts and feelings that inspire you and connects you with people for mutual joy.
Even in everyday life, your soul calls you to witness miracles.
In traffic, it encourages you to change stations at the time of your favorite song. As you rush to get dinner on the table, the spirit prompts you to stop, take deep breaths, and indulge your senses. If you are shocked by something in the news, the soul tries to direct you to something kinder-a thought, a feeling, even the barking of your dog, who is always in harmony with your soul!
When others draw your attention, your soul gently guides you back to feeling good.
The soul always prompts you to do what is best for you, whether it be lovingly refusing a request or lovingly granting it. There are no “rules”, just the feelings/guidelines of the moment that tell you what is good for you here and now.
Relax, my dears. Let go of the pressure to be everything to everyone and keep proving your worth. You’ve had enough. You are already loved. You are already a soul here to see, be and share with love. In harmony with your spirit, this love can be felt and shared, if only in the emanation of recognition.
A break from time to time. Ask to see your life through the eyes of your soul. Ask him to see your challenges through the lens of love.
With this focus, my dear friends, no matter what else happens, life reveals its beauty.
God bless you! We love you so much.

Ann’s message…
Hi Everyone
At a time when the world was on edge, fear was high, and tensions were high, four men who had spent their lives preparing to fulfill a dream were propelled into space by the Artemis II. They were riding on a rocket with more than 7 million pounds of thrust, which carried humans beyond Earth’s orbit for the first time in more than 50 years.
I they were moved to tears by their positive messages of unity, love and teamwork broadcast from more than 200,000 miles above the earth. They sounded like angels:
“We have achieved so much not in spite of our differences, but because of them.”
“We learned to forgive each other.”
“We love you.”
Seeing the Earth without borders, they also talked about the strength and fragility of our planet, how precious it is that we can live on this tiny blue sphere in the vast space, and that togetherness is our greatest strength. With humor, wisdom and heart, they reminded us of our true human essence at a time when we needed it most.
None of them really understood the impact of their mission in flight. They knew they were working to pave the way for another moon landing and eventually Mars exploration. They hoped to somehow unite humanity. But they probably had no idea about that they gave millions of people a new faith in the goodness of the human race, a new desire to dream beyond what we know, and showed what people can do and be when cause and love for one another become the guiding light.. I can’t get enough of their interviews. Their message, whether they mean it or not, is so soul-centered it brings tears of joy to my eyes.
There is so much beauty in life.
It wasn’t an easy year. Many people tell me about unexplained exhaustion or physical challenges. It takes a lot more energy to focus on the good when many don’t. Feelings can no longer be bottled up, and those who have not learned to deal with them feel a little loose, to say the least. But there’s still a lot of good.
Every morning before I cook breakfast, I marvel at the wonder of my eggs and say a silent prayer for the chickens. I look at my basil plants as they reach for the sun and appreciate their pungent scent. Rooted on the kitchen table, the plants start to leaf and the birds sing every morning. Much of the world may be at war, but plants and animals live in peace.
We can be sure that in our lives God is never gone and the divine is never finished. The Source never ceases to be a fountain of love. And our angels are unwaveringly committed to making sure we notice when they’re trying to uplift and inspire us. Sometimes this is easy to believe, other times not so much. However, whether we feel it or believe it, heaven is there and trying to help.
Embracing this love can be as simple as taking a few deep breaths, or in my case, getting more sleep this year. Sometimes that means withdrawing from a painful situation or giving up the fight while simply enjoying yourself as much as you can.
This is a year if ever there was one to give ourselves grace, look for the good, and try to find joy in the simplest of pleasures.
There can be joy even in the midst of challenges. I had a fun day two weeks ago. My kitchen plumbing needed repair. My air conditioner needed maintenance and my accountant needed to be paid. It all came at once. In the past, this would have caused me a lot of grief. But now I just give thanks for having a house in order and paying an accountant.
I had an amazing time with the father and son plumber team who not only did a great job but could rival the best comedy I’ve ever seen. The more I laughed, the funnier they got. They outplayed each other and reported on a variety of current events! By the time they left, I had a new faucet that works better than any I’ve ever had, and enough humor to keep me going for days.
It doesn’t matter that the joy is there. Sometimes it just takes a little shift in focus.
So if you’re feeling tired, uninspired, or just need a little joy, here are some ways to find it:
1. Find inspiration
As I mentioned, my latest source of joy is watching interviews with astronauts who have recently returned from a nine-day trip around the moon. Tonight, before I wrote the newsletter, I watched a program about the positive use of technology.
I have books that I can open for positive messages and my subscription to “https://www.goodnewsinstead.com“, which sends you positive news every day.
If you don’t have much energy, look for books, songs, articles, or people who can lift you up.
2. Think about the wonder of an everyday object
Pick up anything around you and look at it as if you were seeing it with your soul’s eye. Imagine where it came from or who dreamed it up. Ask him to sense all the hands and hearts that have poured their life and love into this object, creating it and bringing it to be present in your life today.
For example, someone tilled the soil and planted the seeds that grew into your lettuce. Someone harvested the lettuce and vegetables, washed them and stacked them in the store. And someone else designed the bowl and the equipment that made it and delivered it. Someone tended the olive trees that made the oil in the dressing, harvested it, picked it, pressed it, blended it, bottled it, and took it to the store where you bought it. The love of thousands of souls lives in every salad bowl! It’s a miracle!
The more you look for the miracle in everyday life, the more magical life becomes.
3. Dance, if only in your head
Although it may seem ridiculous, dancing can instantly lift your spirits. If you can’t physically dance, close your eyes and imagine it. It lights up the brain and helps remind the nervous system what it feels like to be free. A few minutes of this—real or imagined—can lift your spirits.
There are many real challenges on this earth and many in our own lives. Astrologers say the energy is tough this year, and we feel it. Fatigue runs rampant, and tempers can run out. But there is still joy and wonder everywhere.
Take a moment here and there to find what delights your soul. Maybe you can find miracles in everyday life. And if you falter, look around again, and find the next miracle. Whether it’s the left, your cat purring, your dog snoring, giggling or children, the smell of your favorite soap or just the sun on your face, there are so many good ones.
Tapping into this is not only a matter of spiritual survival, but the easiest way to raise the vibration of a world in need.
Have a blessed week,
Love,
Ann
