Healing the Past to Embrace the New > Kate Spreckley

This year so far has felt heavy, pressured and intense as the friction of old, outdated systems rubs against the rapidly growing new consciousness. This creates a severe clash between harsh reality and our deepest dreams, forcing us to face harsh truths. At the same time, we are forced to adapt to rapid changes while carrying the accumulated exhaustion of the past years. As a result, many people feel drained and drained of their creative spark.

This week we exit the severe cycle of delays and enter a period of rapid movement and adjustment. A beautiful, smooth wave of change builds, bringing us out of the shadows, leading us to heal our past and embrace a new way of living and being. Right now, old memories of rejection, heartache, and shame are coming to the surface as the energy shows you exactly what needs to be healed and released for growth.

As these wounds come to light, we are blessed with a profound energetic softening. The rigid walls we have built to protect ourselves begin to melt away and a warm, nurturing energy floods our hearts. This energy reminds us that true strength comes from having the courage to remain open and grounded in inner safety and security.

As the week progresses, there will be sudden breakthroughs in spaces and places where you previously felt stuck, blocked or limited. If you’ve struggled to find hope or direction, the coming days will bring a surprising spark of light and much-needed wind to your sails. Remember that metamorphosis can be messy. Let the currents of this week take you. You don’t have to force the next step, you just have to allow the old layers to fall away so that your true self can emerge. Trust the flow, accept the past, and open yourself to the beautiful new life that beckons you forward.

Much love, Kate
