I am very happy to write and share with you a new channeled message. I apologize for not writing much in the past few months. I needed a lot of rest. And what I thought was right was spending time outside and quiet and nourishing my body + resting.
I’m starting to feel the clarity and newness of everything that’s happening inside us, coming into focus, and it was kind of mind-blowing. It feels like a very different kind of new beginning…
I opened the channel today and received the beautiful message below. This made me so happy! Meet you in a way that deeply supports you and also reminds you of how wonderful and truly wonderful you are.

We greet you with love. We are glad to be with you now and to connect with you and share with you some aspects of this time and your experiences.
It is very difficult to be human right now, regardless of where you are with your incarnational intentions. The entire empire is in a state of profound expansion. The incoming light is of a higher frequency than any of you have ever experienced in these bodies, and the adaptation of your body as this light transforms, rearranges and improves its form and awareness is significant. Some mentioned feeling a little lost. Certainly many people find that it disrupts their sleep and their days seem to fly by without much understanding of what has happened.
This is to be expected. There is so much happening on the inner plane, in the invisible aspects of your life, and even though you know that what is usually going on these days is a much greater strain on your body’s resources, you may find that there is hardly any time left for other activities. And even if we say that we have to smile because we know that the term “other activities” means an activity that you focus on, but you don’t. You are unaware of what is happening and what is actually good for you and your body.
What is changing these days is happening at the cellular level. The light is absorbed and integrated into your cells at a level to which you have tempered yourselves and prepared for it. And you shine that light brilliantly, even if you often feel like you don’t know what’s going on.
The other thing that’s ironic is that you’ve never had better access to your innate abilities in consciousness—what makes you feel so free, so empowered, so alive, and so connected to the Infinite.
We tell you this so that when you feel like it, you can live into it – your relationship with the Infinite. Your innate belonging in Creation. The ability to experience and feel this in a beautiful and meaningful way is now so expansive and pervasive, and it’s only going to get better from here.
So even if you don’t spend a lot of time exploring the inner oasis of your heart chakra and opening up to the fullness of your being, know that your connections and fluidity of oneness with life are developing profoundly. That when you spend time turning inward and connecting, you easily and easily find yourself in a powerful and beautiful state of being.
As you integrate these waves of light flowing into your realm into your presence, you will reach different levels of expression. In shape. And as the light completely penetrates your cells, and from your cell renewal you begin to feel the renewal of your joy, desires, interest, your connection with Life and your pure and true inner awareness that you were created for this – for this life and these times – then you start to come online again, but in a completely different way, with a sense of adventure and power. We hope you feel it if you haven’t already. For some of you, it is just beginning to dawn, and the rest of you trust that you will get there in your own perfect time.
You are prepared for these times and you are doing it beautifully. You allow yourself to change. You are allowing your awareness to shift and merge with larger, more unconditional fields of awareness, and it is this growth in unconditional awareness that gives you the release and surge of joy and adventure that we see in those who are beginning to rediscover their groove, flow and energy.
With the integration of these changes complete, it feels refreshed and radically more complete and complete than previous updates. It is, indeed, the fullest and deepest new beginning.
And as you adjust to it and allow it. As soon as you become aware of what is inside of you and feel what is calling you, you begin to connect with Life in a new way. It’s freer. It’s brighter. You’re more open to going with what you feel might be fun and with less thinking and not having to know how things are going to turn out.
We’re already seeing some getting into it. It is a wonderful way of life in which you feel more stable and stable and secure in your place and innate connection within Creation, so you move as you feel and enjoy moving. Enjoy knowing what is calling you. Enjoy your body. Enjoy this world.
You begin to enjoy most of your life, more evenly and easily, because your body has come online in a new way.
This past year has been so much about making ascension physical. We know it’s so exhausting and can feel like an endless journey, especially when you’re tired. But it isn’t. The physical body is the last part of your being that connects to the Internet in the energy of unconditional awareness and unconditional love. And as this happens, you start to feel very free.
Part of it from a frequency perspective is that you don’t actually experience or attract the transmissions of the lower frequency streams.
Your energy stabilizes in higher expression, and even though you have and will continue to have contrast and variation with what you feel and experience, and this continues to lead you to creative expansion, your physical body begins to become really well attuned and capable of receiving, integrating, holding, radiating, and flowing higher light.
And this ability has been developing in your human presence for some time, and in many ways many things are merging or beginning to merge, now.
We hope that this message fills you not only with a strong sense of our love for you, but also with the familiarity of the energies of the angelic realm that we know you know and appreciate. But we also hope you feel the promise of what we share here. That there is a cumulative transformation that is gradually evolving through your presence, working with higher frequency light from many sources, and doing what intelligent light does: illuminating what limits you, distorts you, keeps you out of sync with your Spirit, and supports you in moving into your next higher manifestation.
And as these changes merge into your body and being, you begin to experience a much greater access to who you really are here.
Enjoy the time you have now. Your ascension is something you can intentionally shape and make into something you love and enjoy! Take this to heart and imagine who you want it to be. You cannot bypass the transformation that the higher light initiates within you, but you can shape your journey to feel confident, connected, free, and do what you most need to have abundant support and clarity and inner knowing and experiences of the enormity of your own being that give you great joy and deep memories. Or not. These are just a few ideas – make them what you want.
Your consciousness is yours and you are free to use it however you want. Focus on what you want to focus on. Focusing on what you choose to do. Know this though — life, your body, the Infinite… everything that exists is listening to you, your frequency. The state that is generated by the way you focus on what you focus on and respond with an enthusiastic and perfectly mirrored YES. You get what you think about and what you focus on, and the world you experience as “reality” is actually your reality. It responds to you and is open to the changes you choose.
You are powerful, creative, eternal and free. You came here on purpose and you are here, so there is the most wonderful sense of alignment and expansion. Make it easy! This is who you really are.
