What are affirmations?
Affirmations are positive, personal statements that describe yourself as you want to be—ideally, without limitations. The more often you repeat these positive statements, the sooner you develop positive self-beliefs. Then with this new, positive way of thinking, you will begin to attract and realize the life of your dreams!

How do confirmations work?
The statements for the most powerful law in the Universe, a The law of attraction. According to this law, you attract everything that comes into your life through your thoughts; whatever you think and believe, you attract. If you think positive, affirming thoughts about yourself and repeat them often enough to believe them, you can’t help but attract that positive outcome to you.
Of course, the opposite is also true – if you think and believe negative thoughts about yourself, you attract negative consequences. So it is vitally important to remember that when you think or say ‘I am’, the words that follow appear with great power because you are declaring it as fact. You say it confidently. You confirm that it is! And so right after you say, “I’m tired” or “I’m broke,” “I’m sick,” “I’m late,” “I’m overweight,” or “I’m old,” that’s exactly what the Law of Attraction will manifest.
Knowing this, wouldn’t it be a good idea to start using the two most powerful words, I AM, to your advantage? What about these affirmations: “I receive all good things. I am happy. I am abundant. I AM healthy. I AM love. I am always on time. I AM eternal youth. I am full of energy every single day.”
What is the correct way to do confirmations and how often should I do them?
You should do affirmations every day or every other day, depending on how quickly you want to change your life. First thing in the morning or at night before you fall asleep are both effective times to practice affirmations.
There really is no “right way” to do affirmations. You can say them out loud if you feel comfortable or repeat them in your mind. Try both and see which way is strongest for you. Just be careful not to mentally skip over them. Instead, give equal emphasis to each and most importantly, really feel the meaning of each affirmation.
