An anxiety-relieving meditation script

Here is an example of “An anxiety-relieving meditation script” Guided Meditation Scenario:

Welcome to the anxiety healing session.

Take a comfortable and relaxed position and let go of the daily stress.

Allow yourself to just be here and now, let your body just be.

You don’t have to do anything because our body naturally wants to be calm and relaxed.

Sometimes too much thinking, tension and anxiety do not allow us to relax.

So, of course, we must let go of any need to control the present moment and future outcomes.

We get anxious because we tend to overanalyze what we think will happen today, tomorrow, or next week.

We do this out of habit because there have been situations and outcomes in the past that didn’t happen the way we expected, and we tend to feel like we need to be in control and worry.

To change this habit, we need to change our self-image and develop new beliefs.

That’s what this session teaches, but first we need to get into a relaxed state and go in, calming our mind with some breathing.

I’m counting down and with this number I’m saying I want to inhale fully with your belly pulled in and exhale with your belly taut.

And with each breath you will feel more and more relaxed, taking you to a deep state of peace.

I’m counting down now.

5…Take a full breath and as you exhale, feel the tension ease a little.

4…Take a nice deep breath, and as you exhale, you feel even more relaxed and the tensions are released.

3…Full breath in… and out.

Your mind becomes calmer and clearer.

2. Breathe in deeply and as you exhale, notice how the need to control subsides as you become extremely relaxed.

1…As you take your last breath and exhale slowly, you feel that the tension is gone and you are in complete peace and tranquility.
