6 Fuzzy Feelings You Get When Someone Isn’t Right For You


You will know when someone is not right for you. Your mind may not automatically understand, but your body is sending signals that things are not as they should be.

It’s not always obvious when someone isn’t right for you. Sometimes it’s those vague feelings you get from time to time. Maybe you feel unheard, or just uncomfortable around them. Whatever you’re experiencing, don’t ignore it. It is important to pay close attention to these feelings.

Knowing when someone isn’t right for you

You can get many different sensations when your body and the universe is trying to tell you that someone is not for you. For example, the atmosphere may literally look different, like it’s thicker and darker.

People who are not good to each other do not wish each other the best. Sometimes they think selfishly, refuse to communicate and make excuses for this behavior. While your mind can brush it off and temporary mood swings etc, your body will know if something more serious is going on.

Let’s take a look at some of the vague feelings that can arise when someone isn’t right for you.

1. The feeling of isolation

You feel like he could be your partner isolating you from your friends and family? If so, maybe you should consider this and talk to the other party. They may not be consciously isolating you, but you still have that weird feeling. And it is possible that this feeling is letting you know that this person is not right for you.

And here’s the truth: if you’re cutting yourself off from others because of jealousy, insecurity, or other issues, then the relationship probably isn’t for you.

2. Gut feelings

Your intuition always kicks in and will let you know when something isn’t right. It’s literally a sick feeling in your stomach that acts as an alarm system. It is important that listen to your intuition and note when it happens and if it happens often around your partner. This could be a warning sign that they are not.

3. Their smell bothers me

Your body is very attuned to what is healthy and what is not. He will react to things that are not good for him. If a person’s natural odor is bothersome, it could be a sign that someone is not right for you. Yes, it’s true, smells can also warn of non-physical problems.

There is a theory that smells can reveal someone’s immune response and whether or not they are compatible with you. It was designed to survive.

4. Unresolved resentment

If someone isn’t right for you, you may feel a lingering sense of unresolved resentment. This can happen after an argument or fight. You have to pay close attention to this.

In healthy relationships, couples try to resolve differences fairly. But in unhealthy relationships, this usually doesn’t happen, and resentment builds. Resentment is one of the strongest vague feelings that a person is not right for you.

5. Feeling of power imbalance

Love and healthy relationships are not like that. And maybe you’ve endured so much unhealthy relationships that you don’t know what healthy relationships look like. This is the most unfortunate part.

But trust me, healthy relationships aren’t like that. Good relationships have communication, a sense of ease, and overall good mental health. Yes, we all have arguments and disagreements, but there is a difference between fulfillment and toxicity.

And since learning is a lifelong process, you shouldn’t beat yourself up if you’ve been through a toxic situation or two, or even multiple times. It’s not your fault if someone treats you badly. But it’s important to learn what’s normal and what’s abnormal when it comes to relationships.
