There are 5 elements that create your reality. These are the words how do you speak, a thoughts what do you think a beliefs what do you think, a emotions how do you feel and that actions how do you take it When it comes to manifestation, it’s all about alignment. So, if you’re feeling stuck because you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work, it’s likely that one of the 5 elements is out of alignment; let’s examine together which one exactly.
What are the words how do you speak Do they align with your manifestation and heart’s desire, or do they contradict it? You often say “I would, BUT, I’m unlucky, I wish I was smarter/faster/more intelligent, etc., but things never work out for me?” All these words clash with your intention and the desire of your heart.
You say his words abundance or your words lack of it? More often you say, “I don’t know, the problem is that it’s not fair, I don’t know, I wish I knew, I don’t know how.” or rather you sayI can do it, I am capable, I know there is a solution, I know the Universe is opening a way, I choose this, DO I BELIEVE?“
When you talk to others, what message do your words convey? Do they carry the certainty of your manifestation coming true, or the opposite?
Words are not mere letters. Words carry symbols, energies and frequencies. They can either raise the vibration or lower it. And as you already know, we cannot achieve great results from a lower vibrational state.
There are no words in the manifest world more powerful than the words “I AM.” It is the beginning and the end of all manifestations. It is the bridge between your dreams and reality. For all that you place after “I AM,” you summon it into existence. I AM successful, I AM one with divine intelligence, I AM able to create great things. Choose words that are powerful and carry a high vibration. Always say the words of love, abundance, happiness, joy and certainty. I know, I believe, I am worthy.

Just imagine all the energy you carry, and that energy becomes matter, and it will either be a desired result if you focus on something you want, or something you don’t want, if you focus on things you don’t want. Let’s say you want to show off a car or your dream house and you don’t have enough money, yet you don’t want to think, “I love that car but I can’t get it until I get a raise, I love that car but it’s out of my budget, I love that house but I’m afraid we’ll never get the loan given our circumstances.” If you want to rebuild your relationship, attract your specific person – “that woman/man is out of my league, they said they don’t love me anymore, I lost them forever, they will never change, they will never forgive me.”
It is important to understand that your thoughts are not you. You are the awareness and the awareness that observes them. Being negative is your mind’s default mode. So, unless you make a conscious choice to be positive and/or resourceful, your mind will go into default mode and you’ll soon find yourself drowning in tens of thousands and hundreds of thoughts that are the opposite of what you want to manifest.
Doctor Amen called these ANTS – automated negative thoughts. Because just like little creatures, they can invade your mind. Now start choosing affirming thoughts. Use the following question: “Is this thought in line with what I desire or not?” as a filter for your thoughts. And if not, delete them and replace them with a constructive thought.
Finally, I ask you to be curious and ask yourself: why do I have these thoughts? What beliefs can be hidden behind them? What do they say about my mental, energetic and physical state?
The you beliefs create your reality. You don’t attract what you want, you attract what you want ARE. And you are who you believe, whether you realize it or not. whether you think about it consciously or subconsciously. Your beliefs shape your life. Your beliefs create your manifestations. Your beliefs can help or hinder you from manifesting what you desire and deserve.
Your beliefs can be empowering or limiting, and these limiting beliefs can be conscious or subconscious. Limiting subconscious beliefs often stem from childhood. As children, we have no filters. Whatever we are exposed to, we take it in and become it. What we hear and observe from significant people early in life forms the basis of our belief system. These core beliefs are about what we can and cannot do, what we do and do not deserve, what we can and cannot get.
As a child, you were easily receptive to programming. For example, if your parents told you, “Money is evil. You have to work hard. Money is scarce,” then there is a possibility that you still hold that belief subconsciously. Think of your beliefs as a program or set of programs that your mind runs. If you fundamentally do not believe that you can be successful, then it is impossible for you to manifest success in any field. You will never be able to overcome the image of yourself in your subconscious mind.
The good news is that you can change your programming. You can change your beliefs. You can choose new beliefs and embed them in your subconscious with conscious effort. It is not easy, it requires discipline, consistency and determination, but it is possible. Wishing for something and dreaming is one thing, but believing that it is worthy, and you they deserve it your dream and that you can actually it’s something else. So think honestly about the following questions: “What do I really believe about this dream, this situation, this person, and most of all, myself? Are my beliefs aligned with what I want to manifest and create in my life?”
Emotions. How do you feel when you think about your goal/dream/desire? Are you feeling frustrated, upset, angry, and bitter because you don’t have that person, job, or money? resist your current circumstances? Do you say one thing, believe another, and feel a lack, a lack, and a form of neediness?
We always attract more of what we feel. This is because we manifest with our subconscious and it is our subconscious the sentient mind. Work on learning to change/break your state, your vibrations, and learn to sit with the discomfort that arises in certain situations.
You don’t always have to act on your feelings, no matter how strong the urge is – send another message to that person when they haven’t even responded to your last message, call them, make excuses, feel bad. Do you feel like a victim or a victor? Learn to regulate your emotions through breathing, meditation, script writing, dance, exercise, whether it’s sports, dancing or just walking. Emotion is energy in motion, so let it move through your body and eventually leave it.
Learn to change your perspective because it will help you change your feelings too. You can look at any situation from many angles.
Some of them bring me down, some of them strengthen me. You can say, “My business is failing,” or you can say, “Things aren’t working right now, but this is my opportunity to take it to the next level, this is an invitation to grow, evolve, and be better than ever. Step up my game.” Feel the energy and sensations that arise depending on the angle you choose.
Don’t forget that you may have a “filter” through which you are looking at the situation, e.g. if you spilled your coffee, you might not be having a good morning, or if your significant other did something that upset you, you might be inclined to think that he doesn’t love you. But it’s a filter. Be aware of these filters, because what we focus on determines how and what we will feel and attract more of. 10% of the world is what happens and 90% is how we react to it. Be more conscious and decide in advance how you want to appear, so that when a situation arises, you will feel less of what you don’t want to and you will be able to manage your emotions more easily.
Practice to feel more joy, more happiness, and remember that happiness is a choice. Learn to be happy unconditionally and not because of what anyone says or does or because of the wealth you have or have acquired.
It is the last element of your manifestation actions how do you take it Are your actions consistent with the other 4 elements: your words, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs? In other words what you let’s saywhat you thinkwhat you to feel and what you think is it consistent with what you do it?
There is no attraction without action, so you can sit and dream, but if you don’t start taking action at some point, it won’t work. Actions can and do help close this gap between your current situation and your dreams. They are the stepping stones towards your desires.
There are two types of actions you must take to manifest your goals, dreams and desires. These are inspired and coordinated actions. There is a difference between the two – all inspired action will be concerted action, but not all concerted action will be inspired action. Sometimes it’s more about consistency, discipline and effort and less about inspiration.
Inspired actions come from your soul (inspires), from your higher self. It always feels like the right thing to do. This always comes through to you when you are at peace and in a higher vibrational state. Actions from your ego usually involve some obligation, doubt, fear, should, could, and uncertainty. Inspired action leaves no room for questions and seems expansive.
Aligned actions are the actions that support your dreams and desires and move you closer to your dreams every time. Even if it’s just a small step at a time.


Let’s say you want to be fitter or slimmer, lose weight or gain weight in a healthy way. Exercising regularly, paying attention to nutrition and choosing healthier options, giving up sugar, cycling or walking to work instead of driving or taking public transport, taking the stairs instead of the elevator – these are all good examples of coordinated actions. Skipping workouts, eating lots of carbohydrates, fats, and processed foods, and drinking high-calorie drinks would not be a good move. And by the way, these foods are not high-vibration foods, so they also lower your vibration.
Take your goal, your dream, your desire and take the 5 elements we just talked about and see if you are aligned on all 5 levels. If you see a discrepancy, you need to work on it. This is where you should put your best efforts. When these 5 elements line up, the energy you radiate becomes similar to your magnet. You will become a human magnet, easily attracting everything and anything you desire!
