Dear friends!
I am Jeshua. I am here with you to remind you of a future that lies ahead of you, but that is already present within you. You are moving towards the future and at the same time towards the past, returning to the essence of who you are and who you have always been.
Becoming who you are is essentially a journey through time, but also a journey outside of time: an inner journey that cannot be measured in linear progress. You have all become prisoners of the concept of time as it is understood on Earth. It is very constricting to see yourself moving from A to B in a linear process, in which you become “more”, in which you go “forward”. You are trapped and enslaved to the idea that you must move on and that there is always more over the horizon.
Of course there is a process of soul development, but it is a process of remembering more and becoming more aware of what you already are. The miracle has already happened – you are there! Allow this realization to sink in for a moment: you are a beautiful creation in which the consciousness within you is growing. The more you embrace all that you are, the more the Light shines into the creation that you are. And this process actually takes place in the Now, or rather the dimension outside of time.
Spiritually, all progress is really remembering who you are. But if you remember yourself, you create something in time. For example, you look at layers of yourself—your own fear, mistrust, or anger—with gentleness and compassion, understanding and love, and in this way a new picture of who you are opens up.
You realize your own innocence, you realize your own depths, and with this realization you grow in consciousness as you become more and more who you already are. The love that flows within you, which belongs to your essential being, becomes more visible to the world and others, and becomes more visible to you. So there is a process of growth while you are; the future is already in your past. Let this knowledge comfort you; there is no need to build, create or build yourself – you are already everything you want to be. The only thing that matters is that you realize this fact and stop fighting life and fighting yourself.
There is a persistent illusion in the human mind that you are incompetent; that there is a deficiency that needs to be filled; that something is wrong; that there is failure. And you can be very busy trying to solve this deficiency, try to fix it. It assumes that there is something wrong with you and that something is missing.
Do you see that this initial assumption is not the right one? If you look at yourself this way, you are hopelessly involved in a struggle against yourself. When you can look at yourself with compassion and see yourself as a miracle in the making, peace descends on your being. Let go of the thought that you are not enough in one way or another, that you are not whole, that something is wrong with you. Know that you are unconditionally a part of God, of creation, of everything that lives. Let go of the desire to be whole.
This sounds crazy because the pursuit of wholeness seems to be the essence of the spiritual quest. But really, when you start a fight with life and time, that fight takes you further away from yourself. There is always the feeling that things should be happening faster than they actually are, which leads to disappointment and frustration.
However, the miracle you are waiting for does not happen in time, without striving, working, struggling. It happens suddenly, all at once, when you realize: “I already am, and that’s good – I’m part of humanity with all that comes with it: light and dark feelings, thoughts, emotions and moods.”
If you can look at all this with a smile, warm understanding, and sometimes even humor, then you are very close to completeness, which is what true spiritual learning means. It is a flow with what is, not going against life, but letting it develop naturally. This attitude will take you to your goal. Life itself wants to move in and through you, and if you assume that life is good, that it is directed toward wholeness, then you don’t have to do it – you don’t have to create it, it just happens. The only thing you have to do is give up the illusion that you are not good enough, that there is something wrong with you, or that you need to work on yourself.
I would like to ask you to join me in a visualization in which I connect you with the symbol of the cross – an inner cross. Imagine a cross running across your body: your arms are the horizontal beam of the cross and the rest of your body is the vertical beam. They connect in the middle at the level of your heart. In this picture, the horizontal ray connects you to the visible world around you here on Earth. It is your relationship with the physical world, the people around you, and society.
Then there is the dimension of the vertical ray that runs from your crown into the cosmos and connects you to the sky, so to speak – to the cosmic, to the spiritual, to your soul. At the bottom of this vertical ray is the Earth on which your feet rest. The art of living is to stay centered as much as possible in the midst of the influences we experience and the choices we make. Here, in the middle of the cross, the two currents naturally meet: where you are in contact with your higher self, your soul and the Earth – the vertical flow – and at the same time you are in contact with earthly life, the world around you – the horizontal flow.
See if you can observe in yourself where your consciousness is located most often on this cross. Imagine that your consciousness is a Ball of Light. See where it usually sits – in the middle, lower or higher? Do you prefer the horizontal beam or the vertical beam? Just notice what image spontaneously arises from where your consciousness is most often found, and see how it feels to you.
Now imagine that your consciousness, that Sphere of Light, is completely centered in your heart, at the intersection of the two rays, and see what that does for you. What can change the way you live in the world now? Could you do certain things differently or connect with people differently? See what it takes to be completely in the middle of the cross.
For some, it may be that they are too situated in the horizontal arm of the cross – distracted by the things of the outer world and out of touch with your inner cosmic channels. This will make you restless or tired and unfulfilled in the long run. Or it could be that at times you are too much on the vertical axis, you live very much in your own inner world, and the outward flow is not enough. If you cannot express yourself properly to the outside world, it indicates that there is not enough energy flowing from the inside out. See what it’s like for you.
Imagine that you are in the center again and that you are in touch with your soul, with the spiritual, and from there sometimes you can feel very clearly what your path is. You have intuitions and insights, and this gives you joy and hope. So the question is before you: how does this appear in the world, in the physical reality in which you live? And with this question comes the question of time. The intuitions and insights you get from your cosmic, vertical dimension are timeless, while from the world in the horizontal dimension you meet time and matter, make plans, and want to see results. So imagine how you can combine both in the best possible way.
When you are in the center, you are in your heart. From there, imagine being open to the promptings of your soul—the small whispers that come to you from time to time and tell you what would be joyful and inspiring for you in your life. Now see if you can receive these illuminations in your heart and radiate them out into the world along the horizontal axis. Feel if you can cling to the Light of your soul so that the whole cross is enlivened by your Light. See what you may need to stay true to these insights and the Light of your soul.
It is important to stay in touch with both your inner and outer life. These two dimensions must be in balance in order to feel truly fulfilled as a human being. But realize that in the vertical direction of your soul or higher self lies the essential truth that you already know everything that you are. You are the miracle; You are a part of God, unconditionally. Don’t believe in the duality of the world, which tells you that you have to become all kinds of things or improve all kinds of things about yourself. Believe in a miracle; recognize it in yourself as in others.
The wonder and essence of the human being is always there. Be true to this inner knowing when you step out into the world. There is a need in this world for this insight and the energy flow that comes from the dimension of timelessness, the soul. This is always the starting point of true inspiration. Don’t be afraid to let this flow freely enter the world. In this way, your soul manifests itself in time, space, and matter, and this gives you and others inspiration.
The horizontal axis, which connects you to the world, often causes tension in you. You may be under pressure from the outside and think you have to do everything. It’s a pressure that pulls you away from yourself and can make you turn away from the outside world and live mostly in your inner world, away from society. But the necessary art is to bring forth the Light of your own soul and thus be true to the promptings of your soul while remaining in touch with the environment outside of you. Spreading your light is the greatest gift you can give to others, because then others will encourage you to do the same.
Do not be afraid of your own Light. Stay in touch with your soul and the world, because this is definitely your task at this time: to radiate who you are in the world – not to withdraw from this world, but to remain in it and radiate your Light.
Thank you all for attending. I am with you as a friend and I stand by you. I am happy to recognize the miracle in you. Have faith in everything you do.
