I share a story about saving a baby bird on a day when the world almost added to its pain, and how every simple act of kindness counts.

A message from the angels

Dear friends, we love you very much,

We want to thank you for your love, kindness, care and willingness to be peaceful. We want to thank you for working to stay in the light instead of falling into fear or hatred. We want to thank you for your prayers. Know that they have a significant impact. Along with the prayers of millions of peace loving souls on your planet, you have chosen to move away from a timeline that must have been very dark and difficult for your planet. You are part of the change.

In fact, the collective human race chooses a timeline each moment – ​​a unique path through space and time – based on your collective vibrations.
Those who live in love have far more influence than those who live in hate. Those of you who live in connection with Source have far more influence than those who experience disconnection. And those of you who are brave enough to pray and send light, even to those who live in darkness, create waves of love that ripple through the cosmos.

The unfolding history of humanity will never end. New chapters and new pages are created every day. The story is not fixed or set in stone. There is no predetermined destiny. It’s an unfolding story that we co-create with every decision you make. Every time you choose to be kind to yourself, you shift the balance toward greater kindness. Every time you choose to accept yourself, you give everyone permission to experience more love. Every time you appreciate someone or something, you help raise the vibration of human consciousness. Each of you sings a beautiful note in the symphony of life, and together your loving voices carry far more weight than the conflicting voices of fear and hate.

My dears, never think of yourself as insignificant. Who is the tipping point – the one soul who chooses love and shifts the balance from catastrophic events? We would say that everyone who chooses love is the turning point. Who is the one whose decision to exercise self-restraint—to slow down and consider the implications of the outcome—can shift the balance in your world from knee-jerk reaction to disaster to reaction with great deliberation and caution? Who is it whose appreciation of life ripples outward to touch the heart of the soul, thinking of the end of its own life? It might be you, my dears. It’s often you.

Never feel that you are powerless. You are more powerful than you will ever know. You might be the spice in a recipe that gives it a wonderful flavor, or the one instrument in a symphony that adds the fullness of sound a song needs. You may be the one person whose love changes the balance. You matter.

Your kindness matters. Your self-acceptance matters. It matters if you are willing to take a breath and pause before sharing your words. Your life matters.

Being a lightworker is less about what you do and more about who you are. You are doing great and loving work in the world and we appreciate your love more than words can say. Nevertheless, your light, your love, your grace shines like a beacon that shows the way to others. This is your energy flowing outward and lifting up the collective.

You don’t have to be the suffering servant, the perfect martyr, the savior, or the scapegoat. You can simply be the bright, beautiful light that you are and do what makes you happy and to the best of your ability to refrain from what is not. That’s enough.

Thank you for your light. Thank you for your love. A community of beings far beyond your lands thank you for your presence on your planet. We are one and feel you. Every kind and loving word counts. Every act of love shines. You are helping to write a more beautiful story of human unfoldment, and you are the one who will enjoy the journey through the loving vibrations you have shared.

Hi Everyone

On Tuesday, during my lunch break, I received a text from the gentleman who looks after my pool. She is an incredible soul, loves nature, and has often pointed out creatures in my garden that I hadn’t noticed. He rescued birds, bunnies, and other creatures that felt stuck in the water and couldn’t get out easily.

This time the saved soul was a baby bird that fell into the pool. The text read: “This little guy was hanging on…barely.” I went out as soon as I could. He fished the drowning baby out of the pool and laid it out in the warm sun to dry. I sat down, asked the angels what to do, then gently placed the shivering little creature on my lap to warm it.

I didn’t limit him. I gave him room to escape, but I was sitting on my black pants in the hot sun, nestling in the crook of my arm, she leaned against it and began to relax as her feathers dried, and started warming up. I built her a makeshift nest out of a box and a towel, surrounded it with protective plants and built a small shade tent. She settled into her new nest in the warm sun and surrendered to the ride when I went back to work. Later that evening I was excited to see him settle down in the garden for the night. The next day, I was even happier watching him and his brother (who had also exited the nest the day before with the first awkward flight) huddled together. together, they look healthy and content.

Every year the baby pigeons and the pigeons fly down before they go up. Gliding out of the nest should be exciting, but they are often kicked out before they fly back. They run around on the ground for a few days, stretching, flapping, and learning to forage before they are able to take their first flight! After that, as the saying goes:the sky is the limit!“It’s a wonderful process to watch. I always want to baby them, but I know better than to interfere with Mother Nature too much. I made an exception to warm up the little guy who fell into the pool, but I was glad that the next day he exercised his freedom and jumped away from me to join his brother.

I was surprised by the irony of that day. While the news was shouting about the extermination of entire populations, here I was saving a tiny baby bird. A small but beautiful and significant creature. Some would say, “What does it matter?” compared to what is happening in the world. But all lives matter. Every kind act counts. Every bit of love counts. We carry love in our hearts forever, while the rest fades away. The lower vibrations eventually compost as we learn from them and return to love. Love lasts.

Every bit of love upsets the whole thing. Each prayer is a drop of water in a wave of loving momentum that carries the earth into a kinder reality. We may never know on this earth, but I firmly believe that the collective prayers of humanity have averted a world war this past week. I believe these prayers are still needed. The more light we add to the world and the more we love, the kinder path we open.

We can be the ones who love in so many small ways. We can be the ones who live with a silent prayer for peace in our hearts. We can be the ones who listen for another point of view, even if we don’t agree. We can refuse to wage war in our hearts or with anyone in our lives. We can be the peace, the love, the kindness that turns the tide.

Even though we feel the mood of the world at times, we can consciously tune in to love and all that is good, beautiful and true.. We can allow ourselves to live and love life, knowing that our love elevates our personal lives and helps lift the world into a kinder space.

Here are some ways to stay happy and grounded even in uncertain times:

1. Tap Grass

I love this phrase, which simply means “out into nature.” Connect with what’s real. Instead of living a virtual life and watching how others live, take the time to connect your body to the earth and feel the bliss of being in real time, real space, and real life. If you’re just walking in your backyard or around the block, smell the flowers. Feel the bark. Rub your feet in the sand or grass, or squish your toes in the mud. Place your feet on a warm rock or close your eyes and turn your face to feel the gentle breeze or the warmth of the sun.

We feel grounded, rejuvenated, and embraced in relation to our planet to a greater degree than we can experience while looking at the lives of others. It’s healing, healthy, good for the mind, and one of the easiest ways to return to love.

Nature educates. Let him educate you.

2. See Glass Half Full

Every situation has both good and bad things to focus on. Although the balance can shift radically to one side or the other, under certain circumstances, we can always look for the proverbial “glass half full”.

If you find your attention drifting to something unpleasant, look for the good. Focus on something that makes you feel better. What’s good now? What’s good about looking for good? What is good growth from a difficult situation? What makes you happy around you? What smells good, feels good, or looks good?

What good travel thought can you think of?

3. Give yourself grace

I say this often because it bears repeating. We “spiritual people” tend to be hard on ourselves when we are not in a higher mood.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is love yourself through some tough emotions. If you feel lost in anger, you can acknowledge that it comes from loving something so much that you are disappointed that you cannot experience it now. Peace, freedom, and kindness matter to us, and if we feel disconnected for any reason, we become frustrated or angry. Love whether you love peace, freedom or kindness. Love that you wish for kinder interactions and a kinder world. Love that you care.

If you are lost in grief, see how much you must love if you can feel it deeply. If we didn’t care about other people or certain situations, losing them wouldn’t bother us at all. But we are very interested. We long to express love. We long to feel it

And when we don’t find that loving feeling easily, do your best to love yourself through the painful emotions, give yourself grace, and acknowledge the love in your heart beneath all the other emotions.

These small, seemingly insignificant changes matter. Our little acts of kindness matter. They calibrate us to the good that life has to offer. They help you focus on true and lasting love. And they ripple waves of love into the world, joining countless others who live in love, long for peace, and continue to dream of a kinder world as it manifests… one soul at a time.
