“My philosophy is simple: build strength that lasts,” she tells SELF. “Aesthetics are a by-product. The real goal is that longevity, flexibility, and the confidence that comes from strength training.” It’s a mindset he’s developed over years of training—having cycled through high-volume cardio and endurance training himself. “Nothing has given me the confidence, flexibility and self-belief that strength training has,” she says.

He applies the same philosophy as a celebrity trainer. “I work with high-profile clients like Kim, and the method doesn’t really change,” says Greca. The bottom line: to help clients see their body as something worth investing in for the long term. Greca believes that your body is your home – so it should be treated with respect and care.

He adds that strength training is not only about getting stronger in the moment, but also about protecting your future health. It plays a key role in preventing conditions such as bone density loss and muscle loss while supporting everything from metabolic health to cardiovascular fitness. “I want to live in this home as best I can,” says Greca. “So that we can still do what we enjoy on the road.”

So what does this actually look like in practice? For Kardashian, workouts are usually split lower body strength days—focusing on the legs and glutes—and upper body and seed sessions, occasionally with a full-body circuit.
