In many ways, the energies bring undeniable clarity about what we have outgrown and what we need to change. Yet the strong need for closure and the urge to push forward creates a deep internal friction that can make you feel extremely uncomfortable. As the downloads of clarity and new directions continue to flood our system, our physical bodies are still catching up, processing the huge changes this year has brought. This is hard work for the nervous system, often manifesting as deep exhaustion or overload. In order to find balance, we are asked to slow down and support our bodies in recording the changes our souls have already accepted.

Be aware that you are being called to bridge the gap between the purity of your soul and the capacity of your body. Focus on anchoring the light into the physical to ease the heavy strain on the nervous system. This is not the time to act. This is a time when you are encouraged to respect your body’s need to move at a slower, more deliberate pace. This allows internal updates to unfold without burning out. In this space, the uncomfortable tension can form a stable, grounded foundation for the new directions ahead.
