QUESTION – Naps during the day
When I sleep during the day, everything is fine at first. Then I feel like I’m “floating” and so I can’t really sleep. Eventually I just give up and get up. I get very dizzy when I do this. I don’t have a problem sleeping through the night, but I just need to sleep sometimes. However, due to the floating feeling, I try to avoid it. Usually, if I drink a cup of coffee, the dizziness goes away. What’s going on here?
RESPONSE
When you sleep, your spirit leaves your physical body. Of course, it is always attached with a cord. However, when you try to nap during the day, you don’t fully let your soul leave your body. You cling to your physical reality. This could be for one of two reasons. He may be thinking about everything to do, or he may be psychically sensing danger around him, either in his physical world or in his spiritual world.
Even so, your spirit begins to leave your body. Some people feel a jerk or jump, and this happens when it starts to come out of their body and then quickly comes back into it.
The dizziness is because you’re not fully recovered and ungrounded, so a cup of coffee or something to eat or a walk, especially in nature, will help you fully come back. For some, energizing your hands by rubbing them together and then bringing them down towards the crown of your head is also very effective. When you get out of your body, you will feel cool and you can push your spirit down into your physical self again. This is also useful for people who are very in their head and need to be more grounded.
If you really need to take a nap, let it go and allow your soul to fully come out and then fully come back. Then you will be spiritually refreshed.
Lessons in life
QUESTION
The Earth is a school where lessons are presented as tests and challenges in your life. Your soul decides what needs to be tested, and it could be relationships, commitments, service, patience, courage, or a dozen things. Your beliefs also create the tests. Here are two exercises to help you understand the lesson and pass the test!
RESPONSE
Start by writing a lesson.
Exercise 1
Take a deep breath and find your inner Wise Self.
What guidance would your Wise Self give someone with this lesson?
What decisions would you suggest they make?
How can you help them?
Exercise 2
What beliefs do you have that create this test or lesson?
It could be anything: my life never runs smoothly, I’m not good enough/confident/beautiful etc, I always get sick before a special event……..
Then confirm a confirmation, record it on your phone and keep playing.
