Mindfulness in times of uncertainty

IIt’s no secret that the world is dealing with an incredible amount of stress coronavirus (Covid-19 pandemic. In times of intense stress, it is more important than ever to take care of our mental, physical and emotional well-being through healthy exercise. coping skills. Mindfulness meditation it has been shown to have many benefits, many of which are likely to be particularly helpful during times of uncertainty, anxiety, or mental fatigue.

In some ways, it is similar to training or practicing for a sporting event. I say this because I am adopting a normal one mindfulness practice it makes implementation much easier and you can draw strength when you need it most. In that sense, it is regular meditation you can effectively “train” for times when you don’t necessarily have the luxury of carving out blocks of time from your schedule to practice… because you need support currently.

How do you take care of yourself in times of global uncertainty? It is completely understandable and reasonable to feel increased anxiety and stress, which can exacerbate any underlying mental or physical conditions you may be struggling with. It’s never too late to ask self care a plan must be prepared against the adverse effects of unexpected stressors. Think about what has worked for you in the past.
