This path leads to reconnection with the Spirit within. It is this path that brings you into conscious contact with the inner light. This path is why you are here, why you chose to be born into a world where people feel disconnected from that Source.
The details of how the path unfolds are unique to each individual. We all walk this path in our own way to reach the common goal of reconnecting with the flame of Spirit that shines in our hearts. It is this flame that silently beckons us. This flame illuminates the darkness in the world of great suffering. This flame is what connects our souls to the one Source of all things.
When you sink into the silence of meditation, even for a few moments, remember to end the session by helping the world. Consecrate your love and light to world peace and freedom, then send it out from your hearts into a world that desperately needs energy in spiritual form.
