After the storm… What a time! > Celia Fenn

There have been extreme stormy conditions here for two days. Strong winds that uprooted trees, toppled roofs and flooded the entire city with power outages.

I was lucky enough to stay inside to ride out the storm. It was obviously the outer edges of a South Atlantic cyclone, so it was intense. Our weather systems develop in the Atlantic Ocean off Brazil and Argentina and then sweep across the South Atlantic. I have no doubt that the destruction of the ecology of the Amazon is contributing to our weather.

I think extreme weather will be part of the scenario for the next few months as nature mirrors what we are doing on Earth. We are actually treating the Earth very badly and destroying wildlife habitat. The various ongoing wars also pollute the air and fill the waterways with toxins.

What can we do as individuals?

We can be aware of how we treat the Earth.

We can connect with the Earth and the Great Mother/Nature with love and appreciation.

In our webinar this week, we looked at how we can live our own lives while respecting nature in the decisions we make in our daily lives.

After all, full embodiment means that we are connected to and honor the Earth as we honor and care for our own physical bodies.

Now that’s the challenge!

We are ready for it!

The Earth relies on us, as we rely on it for survival!

Much Love to All as we head into this period of calm… after the storm…
