At the beginning of the new year, I want to help you prepare so that it truly becomes the best year of your life. In this article, I’ll share some incredibly simple yet powerful insights and practices that can help you track the most amazing year of your life!
Many of us can fall into the trap of welcoming the year ahead with open arms, but at the same time discarding the passing year with negative thoughts and feelings. We may have faced difficulties or experienced difficult times during the year, and in the end the year didn’t go the way we wanted it to. But the problem with being negative about the past year is that we send that negative energy into the next year! We’re unintentionally sabotaging the year ahead before we’ve even set foot in it.
Let’s be sure grateful for the year for the year that has passed forward to be great! Even if you’ve had a particularly challenging year, there are still so many wonderful things to be thankful for. You’re here reading this, aren’t you?
So together, let’s start the year ahead in the best possible way by writing down TEN things we are really grateful for last year! The more you feel gratitude, the more honest you are, the more positive energy you use and send to the new year.
Remember to keep your gratitude for the passing year, no matter what anyone else is letting themselves in for, and head into the New Year ahead of the game.
MAKE YOUR NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION NUCLEAR

Did you know that you are actually declaring your intentions all the time? Your life circumstances manifest your conscious and unconscious intentions. So if our lives don’t turn out the way we want them to, then without realizing it, we’ve unconsciously intended to create conditions that we don’t want. Every thought is an intention, so it is essential that we start the year ahead by thinking about our life consciously!
To harness the nuclear power of intention, immediately after viewing The Secret moviesit down and write down your TOP TEN intentions for this year. Imagine you have a genie and you’ve made ten wishes for the coming year, then make a list of what you want.
To have the best year ever, set a reminder at the beginning of each week (Monday morning or Sunday night) to re-read your top ten list of intentions for this year and feel the excitement as if they have manifested. Continue this at the beginning of each week until all ten of your intentions are manifested!
Be aware, consciously intend, and use the power you have been given.
DESPITE LIFE’S DIFFICULTIES, FEEL GOOD
There will likely be things in the coming year that drag us down if we let our egos run wild. When something happens and we feel upset, it is our ego’s reaction that causes us to be upset, not what happened. So how do we override the ego and stay positive and feel good about life’s challenges?
If you feel upset about something, immediately reach for anything that makes you feel even a little bit better. You can put on your favorite song or music and let it wash over every cell in your body – and you’ll instantly feel better. You can hug your pet, child or loved one, feeling deep love for them – and feeling better. Take a short walk and take steps of gratitude, mentally saying:thank” and “you” with each step until you feel better. You can write your best friend a text telling them how grateful you are to have them in your life; you feel better. Your unique power to transform negative circumstances with gratitude and love is simply breathtaking! When you feel gratitude or love, the ego can’t be overturned. And as you begin to feel better, everything changes because you have changed your energy and frequency. Use your God-given power in your life this year and free yourself from the bullies of the ego to create an awesome life!
HOW TO ASK FOR THE POSITIVE PASSPORT

But what if you’re feeling down and just can’t shake it? Aside from doing something to make yourself feel better, like I talked about in last week’s email, there’s another way to stop feeling down. Since all bad feelings need your resistance to stay in your body, the only way to get rid of all bad feelings is to stop resisting them! How exactly do you do this?
Let it be All right with what you feel. Don’t try to push the feeling away because it resists it. Remember, “what you resist, persists.” Just let the feeling be with you, knowing that it will pass and pass even faster without any resistance. In fact, the moment you stop resisting the bad feeling, the energy of the feeling passes through your body and disappears. And this will be your proof that you succeeded.
When you can free yourself from the negative emotions of the ego, by choosing to be happy now, or by fully accepting the present moment, you have actually become the master of your life and your world. It might sound expensive, but it’s actually very simple and it’s totally possible for you.
